Goal: To rebrand the Steps Conservatory program, attracting prospective students with a fresh and modern aesthetic that reflects the program's high caliber of dance training and its connection to the professional dance world.

My Role: Lead Designer responsible for the complete rebranding of the Steps Conservatory, including:

Visual Identity: Developed a new logo, color palette, and typography system that embodies a cool, chic, and editorial style, incorporating the shapes and poses of dancers.

Marketing Materials: Designed a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters, to promote the program to potential students.

Social Media Presence: Rebranded the Conservatory's Instagram account, creating engaging content that led to significant follower growth (over 4,000 followers in four months).

Apparel Design: Created over 12 unique apparel designs for Conservatory students and faculty.

Performance Collateral: Designed over 8 playbills and other show collateral for Conservatory performances.

Email Marketing: Designed and produced approximately one email per week to communicate with prospective and current students.

Results: The rebranding initiative successfully modernized the Steps Conservatory's image, attracting a wider audience and increasing interest in the program. The growth of the Instagram account demonstrates increased engagement and brand awareness. The apparel designs have been popular among students, further promoting the program and creating a sense of community.
